On november 29 , 1892 , a non-confidence motion against hoshi who was chairman of the house of representatives at that time was passed by a vote of 166 to 119 . 明治25年（1892年）11月29日、当時衆議院議長であった星に対する議長不信任案が166対119で可決された。
