成績評価点の英語

• grade point〔【略】GP◆主にアメリカの大学で用いられている成績評価方法。履修科目ごとの成績評価を A（特に優）、B（優）、C（良）、D（可）、F（不可）の5段階で評価し、それぞれに対して4、3、2、1、0のグレード?ポイント(GP)を付与し、個々の履修科目の GP にそれぞれの単位数をかけ、その合計値を履修登録科目の総単位数で割った平均値を GPA という。ABCDF の5段階よりもさらに細かくレベル分けするために A+、A-、B+、B-、C+、C-、D+、D-を設定している大学もある〕
