本契約に関して両当事者間に生じる紛争、論争または意見の相違が、妥当な期間内に協議により解決することができない場合、日本の国際商事仲裁協会の商事仲裁規則に従い、日本国東京での仲裁により解決するの英語

• Any dispute, controversy or difference which may arise between the parties hereto in relation to this Agreement, which may not be settled by mutual accord without undue delay, shall be settled by arbitration in Tokyo, Japan in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
